3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
459 platform users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their accounts comply with these terms and applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or use 459's services without written authorisation.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Acting in any way that could damage the reputation or interests of 459 or other users.
- Attempting to manipulate betting or game outcomes through unauthorised means.
459 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including suspending or closing an account — if any of the above rules are breached.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 459 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet. 459 does not charge currency conversion fees for RM transactions.
- Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account. Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal limits and processing timeframes are subject to 459's current policies.
- Transaction errors: In the event of an error in transaction processing, 459 reserves the right to void or adjust the transaction in question upon completion of an investigation.
- Unclaimed funds: 459 reserves the right to take appropriate action on balances in inactive accounts in accordance with its established policies.

Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, 459 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. 459's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
